✦ House guidelines

Booth setup: one table with two chairs is provided. You are welcome to style it with your own branding.
Team: up to two representatives per booth, and both receive FREE access to the AI Negosyo training.
Food brands: samples are very welcome, but no cooking is allowed inside the venue. Please bring your food samples ready to serve, prepared in advance.
Timing: be set up by 8:00 AM when doors open, and complete egress by 6:00 PM.
We handle the rest: the stage program, the crowd, the sound, and the promotion are all on us.

How much is the sponsor slot, and what is included?

A one-time ₱10,000 per booth slot. It includes your table with two chairs on the event floor for the whole day (8AM to 5PM), FREE access to the AI Negosyo training for up to two of your representatives, brand features across all CMG marketing channels, on-stage acknowledgment, logo placement on event materials, and priority partner status for upcoming CMG projects.

Do our representatives really get to join the training for free?

Yes. Up to two representatives from your company get full access to the same AI Negosyo training the attendees paid for, a value of ₱11,998. Your team can man the booth and learn at the same time, and go home with skills your business keeps forever.

Are there recurring fees or hidden charges?

None. The ₱10,000 is a one-time payment. No commission on your sales, no monthly fees. Everything you earn at your booth is one hundred percent yours.

Can we sell directly at the booth?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Sell your products on the spot, hand out fliers and brochures, show samples, run demos, collect leads and promo sign-ups. Everything you earn is yours, no commission. Bring your best offers. This crowd came to take action, not just to look around.

What are the event-day logistics?

Ingress and booth setup start at 7:00 AM. The event proper runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and egress is until 6:00 PM so you can pack down at your own pace. Your table and two chairs will be ready when you arrive; just bring your products and branding.

Can we serve food samples?

Yes, food samples are very welcome and they are one of the best booth magnets. One house rule: no cooking is allowed inside the venue, so please prepare your samples in advance and bring them ready to serve.

How do I pay, and when is my booth confirmed?

You can pay right inside the application form via GCash or BDO and submit your reference number, or reserve first and pay after our team calls you. Your booth is officially confirmed once your payment is verified, and you will receive a confirmation from our team.

Who is behind this event?
